RHUBARB AND APPLE PIE
3 tart apples
3 stalks of rhubarb
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cinnamon stick
250 grams. flour
125 gr. butter
100 grams. sugar
1 tablespoon water
Peel apples and cut them into 4 descorazonarlas each.
To cook them covered with the sugar until they fall apart slightly.
Let cool in pan.Peel the rhubarb sticks trocearlo at 3 cm.
long and cook in a little water until tender. Allow to cool.
Make shortbread dough. Let stand 3 to 4 hours.
Line a springform pan with ¾ of the shortbread dough.
Fill with apples and rhubarb and cover with more dough.
Bake at 180 degrees about 30 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes
before unmolding.Decorate with icing sugar.
